  • How do I apply for the enrolment of my child?

    You can apply online through the website by clicking on Student Admissions and filling out the form / contacting us.

  • What documentation is required when apply?

    1. Copy of official unabridged birth certificate
    2. Latest school and Madressa report
    3. Copy of both parents/ guardians identity documents
    4. Proof of payment of the application fee
    5. Final year-end school report and transfer card
    6. Acknowledgement of receipt of the Code of Conduct
    7. Acknowledgement of receipt of the Fees Form

  • Notice period

    The Academy needs to be given a months’ notice if your child will be leaving the Academy. Fees will be due up to and including the month the child leaves the Academy.

  • What is the Discipline Policy ?

  • When will my child have his/her Jalsah?

    - Learners will only be allowed to complete if they are able to read 5 paras of dhor daily.
    - No certificate will be presented until the level of dhor required is met.
    - Jalsah speaker will be appointed by the school.
    - Certain criteria for Jalsah functions have to be met in order for teachers to attend, eg: separate facilities for male and female

  • When will assessments/exams take place?

    - Both formal and informal assessment will be used to assess the progress of learners.
    - Assessment will be done on a continuous basis.
    - Learners will be assessed by external examiners when necessary.
    - Reports will be issued at the end of each term.
    - A parent-teacher meeting will be held to discuss the progress of the learner when necessary.
    - A termly progress report will be issued.
