An integrated approach to Hifz and Academics
Learners will enter the Hifz class at Grade 4 level or at level enrolled by the parent. A pre-Hifz assessment will be conducted by the HOD to ascertain whether or not the learner will be accepted into SHA.
There are 4 essentials to the everyday routine:
- Sabaq
- Revision of two previous lessons (inclusive of the Sabaq Dhor)
- Sabaq Dhor
- Dhor
The maktab syllabus will be designed to afford learners one hour daily, to study the basic essentials of Deen. Focus will be on practicality rather than theory.
SHA has 190 learners and 35 teachers, as well as 5 support staff. Staff members comprise of both Ulama and secular professionals.
It is a world in which the Shariah is applied throughout, and the Din of Islam reigns supreme
